... And Bootlegs For All

Megadeth - Live in Paris, France, 1992

 Venue: Le Zenith: Paris, France
 Date: September 22, 1992
 Time: 46:33/42:20
 Size: 2 CD

Sound: A/A+, DAT, copy from master
Notes: May 2015 Update: After having this gig for ages, I got the master copy upgrade! Taper: Stef. Rig: DAT Denon + Marrantz em8. Lineage: DAT Master Tapes > CD-R > Wav > Adobe Audition CC > FLAC.
I'd call it Stef Master Series. The story is that my good ol' mega collecting buddy Chris saw an ad in a local newspaper about a guy giving away his master tapes he did throughout 80-90s. Chris was persuasive and got the guy transfer his Megadeth masters to wav. I got this as 1 wav from Chris, adjusted volume in Adobe Audition, cut out unnecessary stuff and compared to the source of the show I've had for years.
I might be mistaken now but I think that this recording originally was one of the first Megadeth boots I ever got. Hence my originally hyped comments. Anyway, this SMM recording also turned out to be the same source and it is an upgrade - somewhat better sound, juicier sound if I may say so. Great audience recording and therefore highly recommended and also due to the stunning setlist with some songs that were rarely played on later dates/tours, incl. Go to Hell and High Speed Dirt.
