This is lossy. It used to be a very rare video. This was some kinda festival and seems like Megadeth was the headliner cause they start play during the day time and end at night. Anyways, there are pros and contras about this recording. The key problem is that its distorted, a lot. Possible to listen to it but kinda hard. On the other hand the taper was very close to the stage, stood in the crowd, so when there's no distortion, it might even seem it's a SBD recording or FM. This was the fifth show for Megadeth in 1999. If you want a show from that period I'd surely recommend Woodstock.
