My personal stand-outs: Harvester Of Sorrow, Holier Than Thou, Breadfan & Hit The Lights. First show on the North American 2004 Madly In Anger with the World Tour. First time with the brand new Metallica stage, in the round. Holier Than Thou was last played on December 6, 1991, in Chicago. King Nothing made a return to the setlist... it has not been played in the US since August 9, 2000 in Lexington, KY. Breadfan was last played in the US on August 29, 2003 at The Bowery Ballroom, a tiny club in New York City.
